This category of solutions allows the subscribers to be provided a single number for their dual mode handset and route the calls to it via a PSTN network or wireless network depending on the availability of the subscriber on these networks. The solutions present the two networks in an integrated fashion to the subscriber, allowing her to be reached via either of the networks depending on availability, providing single mailbox across the different networks, providing notifications of various call events as well as voicemails, providing dynamic call routing capability to the subscriber, etc.

Overview
As competition continues to heat up in the telecommunications market, and price per minute continues to decline, service providers are looking to find ways to grow top line revenue and enhance profit margins. They need to offer creative value-added services that their customers are willing to pay Unified Convergence (UC) is becoming a hot area where service revenue is expected to grow dramatically. EKC is embarking on creating a set of new applications in this line of business.
EKC's Agility Personal Communications Manager is the first application in this UC domain. Agility PCM is a carrier-grade IMS-compliant network-based solution that enables service providers to deliver real time call routing and call management function in a combined wireline and wireless environment. This enhanced application combines the power of the traditional Single Number Service and Internet call Manager functionality, allowing users to manage incoming calls in real-time via a popup client on the desktop computer, PDA or other devices connected to the network. It enables end users to always be reached based on their call routing preferences and provide them the ability to manage incoming calls dynamically.
The value added service enabled by the Agility PCM Application enables carriers to deploy a network-hosted personal communications management service to target enterprises, SMBs and residential customers. This new innovative service allows service providers the ability to differentiate their service offerings from the competition, increase revenues/margins and reduce customer churn. Value Proposition
