As competition continues to heat up in the telecommunications market, and price per minute continues to decline, service providers are looking to find ways to grow top line revenue and enhance profit margins. EKC’S Agility Videomail Service is the first application in this MMS category. Service providers can use this service to help differentiate their offerings in an increasingly competitive market place. EKC Videomail service integrated with the Unified Communications service provides a Unified Message Box with Text, Voice and Video for VoIP and 3G wireless consumers. Subscribers with video-enabled handsets can send, receive and manage videomail messages with the same ease as voicemail messages. If a subscriber's video phone is turned off or busy, Agility Videomail answers the call with a video greeting prompting the caller to leave video message.

Agility Multimedia Ringback Tone
EKC’S Agility Multimedia Ringback Tone Service enables callers to replace the typical "ring" or busy sound callers hear when they dial that user's number with recorded music, sound or video clips. The service is an enhancement to EKC’S Agility Personal Communications Manager (PCM) product, a network-based solution that enables service providers to deliver real-time call routing and call management functions. With the Agilitiy Multimedia Ringback Tone service, callers can leverage the application's call manager functionality to deliver customized audio and/or video ringback tones for incoming calls, having different audio or video clips play based on Caller ID, time of day or on the subscriber's presence/availability status..
